Ingredients

• 1 onion, finely diced
• 1 clove garlic, finely diced
• 2 apples, peeled and diced
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp salt
• Pinch of pepper
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 1 slice white bread, made into fine crumbs
• 1 kg pork loin
• 3 tbsp mustard
• 300 ml meat stock, heated
• 100 ml white wine
