- 250 g plain flour, sieved
- 1 tbsp golden caster sugar
- 1 medium free-range egg yolk
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 6 large apples, skin on and thinly sliced
- 250 g blackberries
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 100 g golden caster sugar
- 1 orange, zest
- 1 lemon, zest
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- demerara sugar
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
