• 750g firm white fish fillets, cut into strips
• ½ cup (75g) plain flour
• 35g packet taco seasoning
• vegetable oil, for shallow-frying
• 12 x 20cm flour tortillas
• ½ iceberg lettuce, shredded finely
• 2 medium (300g) tomatoes, chopped finely
• ¼ small (25g) red onion, chopped finely
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
• 1 medium (250g) avocado, peeled
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
