• 1 cup Cheese - 1 cup
• 1/2 cup Cream (optional)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
• Butter (a little)
• 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
• 3 tbsp Butter - 3 tblsp
• 3 tbsp Flour - 3 tblsp
• 2 1/2 cups Milk - 2 1/2 cups
• 1 Onion (small, minced)
• 1 Green Chilli (minced)
• 1 tbsp Parsley (minced)
• 1 tsp Pepper
