Ingredients

• 1 375 gram package Maple Leaf Top Dogs, BBQ format
• 6 hot dog buns, top split
• Summer Fresh Tomato Cucumber Salsa:
• 5 heaping tbsp cherry tomatoes, finely diced
• 3 tbsp cucumber, finely diced
• 1 tbsp red onion, finely diced
• 1 tsp flat leaf parsley, minced
• Salt
• Pepper
• Hawaiian Pineapple Topper:
• 1 cup grilled pineapple, small dice
• 2 tsp green onion, finely chopped
• 6 slices Maple Leaf Ready Crisp Bacon , cooked per package direction and chopped
• Lime, optional
• Grilled Corn Relish:
• 1 cup grilled corn
• 2 tbsp red pepper, finely diced
• 1 tbsp green pepper, finely diced
• 1 tbsp honey mustard, prepared
