Ingredients

• 4 peaches (or nectarines)
• ¼ cup sugar, divided
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 3 cups water
• 3 cups milk, more if needed
• Pinch of salt
• ½ cup (1 stick) butter, divided
• 2 cups arborio rice
• 1/4 cup fruity white wine, such as white Lillet
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
• 3 oz. chocolate of your choice for garnish
