Ingredients
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 cup Chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup Chopped coloured peppers
- 1 cup Frozen corn
- 2 Grated carrots
- 2 teaspoons Spice for rice,
- 2 teaspoons peri peri powder, curry leaves,
- Add to rice and leave to steam.
- 1kg fillet cut into big cubes
- 1 teaspoon green masala
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
- ½ teaspoon each:
- Lemon pepper
- Aromat (a South African Spice)
- Chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoon lemon and herb sauce
- 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
- 2 tablespoons tikka sauce
