• Making apple sauce is easy but buying it is easier. Applesauce muffins needs about 2 cups / 500g Applesauce.
• 1 lb Apple
• ½ cup Water
• ½ / 10 g Lemon peel
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon Salt

• 3 tablespoon Butter (halve amount to save calories)
• 2 pieces Eggs
• 2 cups Applesauce
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
• 2½ cup Flour
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda
• Optional
• 1 teaspoon Ginger (ground)
• ½ teaspoon Nutmeg (ground)
• ¼ teaspoon Allspice (ground (highly recommended))
• 1 cup Creme cheese
• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoons Honey or sweetener of choice to taste
