White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

• 1 smoked or rotisserie chicken
• 48 oz chicken stock
• 2 large white onions, diced
• 2 cups chopped okra
• 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
• 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
• 2 cans of cannellini beans
• 2 cans of northern white beans
• 2 4oz cans of mild green chile
• 2 Tbsp Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
• 2 Tbsp cumin
• 1 Tbsp paprika
• 2 Tbsp dried oregano
• 2 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 2 Tbsp garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup olive oil
• Fresh ground pepper to taste
