- 1/4 cup (84g) honey
- 1/4 cup (85g) molasses
- 2 3/4 cups (330g) King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour
- 1 3/4 cups (220g) King Arthur Golden Wheat Flour
- 2 teaspoons (12g) table salt
- 1 tablespoon (5g) Dutch-process cocoa, optional; but without it the rolls will lack their distinctive color
- 2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- yellow cornmeal
