London Broil Barbecue Marinade – Family Friendly Farms
This HAS to be one of our favorite marinade recipes! We've used it for years and it never fails to elevate the London Broil cut (even if it's a rushed night) and our kids devour it every time!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- ¼ - ½ cinnamon, allspice, paprika, nutmeg, mace (each or a combination thereof)
- ¼ cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
