• 1 teaspoon soy sauce, lite, (shoyu)
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, or to taste
• 1 teaspoon onion granulated
• 4 large egg white, lightly beaten
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
• 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) water
