• 8 Cameo apples, peeled, cored and sliced
• 2 Tbsp. lemon or orange juice
• 1 tsp. lemon zest
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
• 150g plain flour
• 200g. quick-cooking oats
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 120g. soft brown sugar
• 120g. chopped pecans
• 100g dried cranberries or cherries
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 180g chilled unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
