Ingredients
- 900 grams tomatoes (fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled & sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (thick)
- 4 large eggs (free range if possible)
- 2 tablespoon's chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (or shredded, fresh)
