• 1 small head broccoli, divided into small florets
• 1/3 cup basil leaves, roughly torn
• 1 lemon, finely grated rind and juiced
• 2 tbs parmesan, grated (to serve)
• 500g penne
• 6 chicken sausages
• 2 tbs olive oil
