Ingredients

  • 2 whole Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Season the pork tenderloins on all sides with brown sugar, salt, and pepper, and rub the seasonings into the pork. Place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Combine the chicken broth, vinegar and honey in a small bowl and stir until combined. Pour the mixture over the pork tenderloins in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the pork tenderloins, cover the slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low.
  • Remove pork tenderloins from the slow cooker, and serve by either slicing or shredding the pork and pouring sauce on top. Enjoy with brown rice and vegetables!
  • If you don’t have a slow cooker, you can cut the Pork Tenderloin into medallions, and let it marinate with the glaze in a sealed plastic bag overnight. Pan fry the medallions and serve.
  • For two people, use only 1 Pork Tenderloin, and half the other ingredients.
