Ingredients: 30 gr. olive oil; 5 gr. garlic, minced; 25 gr. oniona, minced; 25 gr. fresh onions, minced; 5 gr. jalapeno, minced; 625 gr. corn kernels, cooked; 100 gr. roasted red pepper, diced; 200 gr. cherry tomatoes, cut in half; 10 mL. cilantro, minced; salt

Mix all the ingredients together. The salad is ready to serve now at room temperature or it may be chilled for up to 24 hours before serving.
