• 60 ml ketchup
• 1 egg
• 80 ml milk
• 60 g plain bread crumbs
• 450 g ground beef (85/15 works best)
• Salt and pepper, as much as you like
• 28 g butter
• 60 g sour cream
• 700 g mashed potatoes (ready or leftover)
• Fresh parsley (throw on top if you want)
• 180 g shredded cheddar cheese
