• 14 oz salt
• 2 lbs brown sugar
• 1-1/2 c bourbon
• 1 Gallon ice water
• 1/4 c cloves
• 1/4 c black peppercorns
• 4 lbs TURKEY BREAST, cut from bone & cut into strips lengthwise
• 3 c white vinegar
• 1-1/4 c sugar
• 3 c ketchup
• 9 oz bourbon
• 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1-1/2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
• 1 tbsp salt
• 3 tbsp black pepper
• 2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
