• 8 Butterly round crackers or Saltines crushed
• 2 eggs
• 1 pound button or crime mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
• 2 ounces provolone cheese sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• 3 garlic cloves minced
• 1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
