Ingredients

• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
• 1/4 cup celery, diced
• 1/4 cup onion, diced
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1-2 tsp. instant faux-chicken broth powder
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 4 cups unsweetened liquid soy milk
• 1 Tbsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
