  • 1 large DUTOIT kissable apples
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups of water
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup apricot Jam, mix with a bit of boiling water to form a glaze
  • 1 roll puff pastry, thawed
  • ***To Serve
  • Icing sugar, sifted
  • Toasted flaked almonds
