• 3 lbs buckwheat honey
• 1 lb malted wheat
• 1 oz East Kent Goldings hops (60 min)
• 0.5 oz East Kent Goldings hops (15 min)
• 1 tsp Irish moss
• 1 packet American ale yeast (such as Wyeast 1056)
• 5 gallons spring or filtered water
