Honey cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Crisco
• 2 cup Sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Orange juice
• 1/2 t Orange zest
• 1 Apple Grate
• 1 Lb Honey
• 4 Cups Sifted flour
• 21/2 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg, cloves, allspice
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
• 3/4 Cup Cold strong coffee
• 1/2 Cup Chopped walnut
