"Instant Oatmeal Packet Cookies"

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 t milk
• 1 egg, room temperature
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 6 packets flavored instant oatmeal (can use all one flavor, or different combinations)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup of raisins or nuts (optional)
