Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter (softened)
• 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 6 packs instant oatmeal
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
