Ingredients

• 110 grams of butter or margarine (at room temperature)
• 2 large eggs (one whole, the yolk of the other)
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 1/2 cup of white sugar (equivalent to 3 tablespoons)
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 packet of vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate pieces)
• 2 cups of flour
• 3 teaspoons of Nescafe (espresso) (optional)
• 1/2 cup of crushed hazelnuts or peanuts (optional)
