• 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
• 1 cup (240 ml) whipped cream or whipped topping
• 1 medium banana, sliced
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice, for brushing banana slices
• 10-12 mini vanilla wafers
• 2 tablespoons vanilla wafer crumbs
