- 3 oz Sliced Pepperoni
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Black Olives, sliced
- 8 - 10 Basil Leaves, chopped
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- Additional Items:
- Pizza Stone (if using a grill)
- Wooden Pizza Peel, metal pizza peel (optional)
- Cornmeal, for dusting peel
- Large Skillet
- Rimless Cookie Sheet
