• up to 1 cup of lukewarm water
• 1 onion
• 2 carrots
• half cup of celery
• 2 tbsps of olive oil
• 1 lb of ground beef
• salt and pepper
• 1/4 stick of butter
• 1 1/4 cups of milk
• 1/8 cup all purpose flour
• ground nutmeg
• the mozzarella cheese
• the sliced ham
• tomato sauce (optional)
