Kima Puri recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• ½ kg chicken mince washed and drained
• Add to pot. Break up as it cooks. Add in 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 onion very finely diced
• Allow to cool. Add in chopped dhania (coriander) and phudina
• 1½ cup flour
• 2tbl ghee (Clarified butter)
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• Milk 2 make soft dough (room temp)
