Crayfish Mac & Cheese - Great Easy Recipe

Ingredients

• 12 oz elbow macaroni or cavatappi
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 225 g cooked crayfish tails (peeled and deveined)
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups whole milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded Gruyère or Monterey Jack
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
• ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
