Ingredients

• 12 medium sized morels (fresh or dried)
• 1 package (230 g) of flaked crab meat
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup of sunflower oil
• 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons of melted butter
