Ingredients

• 1 lb. angel hair
• 1 cup olive or sesame oil
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup Bragg’s, soy or tamari
• 2 tbsp grated ginger root
• 1/4 cup honey
• 3 carrots, julienned
• 2 cups portobello or 1 cup regular mushrooms
• 3-4 cups broccoli florets
