• 5 medium Tomatillos, raw
• 1/2 medium Red onion (roughly chopped)
• 2 pepper Jalapeno pepper (stemmed, seeded, and roughly chopped)
• 2 lime yields Lime juice, raw
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 1 taste Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
• 1 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw (roughly chopped)
• 1/3 cup No salt added vegetable stock
