• 0.25 cup Hershey's cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 0.5 tsp salt
• 1 cup water
• 0.25 cup plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cup frozen whipped topping , thawed or 2 cup sweetened whipped cream
• 1 cup sliced sweetened strawberries , raspberries or favorite fruit
