This is my favorite pork chop recipe! The Blackberry Pepper Jam and balsamic go so well together and create the perfect sauce!

- 4 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Southern Roots Sisters Blackberry Pepper Jam 
- 1/4 Cup chicken broth 
- 2 Tablespoons butter
