• 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
• 4 cups chicken stock
• 1 15.5-ounce can cannelloni beans, drained
• 1 19-ounce can dark red kidney beans, drained
• 1 15.5-ounce can small navy beans, drained
• 1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
• 1 cup, yellow squash, diced
• 1 cup zucchini, diced
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• ½ teaspoon oregano, chopped
• ½ teaspoon thyme, chopped
• 2 teaspoons salt
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
