Ingredients

• 2 cups ripe cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
• 2 large jalapeno peppers, chopped fine with seeds and veins
• 1 large Sweet onion, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 3 cups grilled chicken breast, chopped
• 2 limes, juiced
• salt, to taste
• 2 cups seedless watermelon, chopped
• 1¼ cups cilantro
• ¾ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
• 12 small flour tortillas
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ⅓ cup Mexican crema
• 4 Tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 Tbsp white sugar
