Praline Crunch Yams - Kentucky Living

Ingredients

• 60 oz canned cut yams in syrup or approx. 10 medium to large sweet potatoes
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground allspice
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• 1 C brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1/4 C cold apple cider or apple juice
• 1 cinnamon stick
• Praline Topping
• 1/2 C granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 Tbsp butter
• 1/2 C water
• 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 C medium pecan pieces
• 1 1/2 C miniature marshmallows
