Ingredients

• SAUCE:
• 1 TB tomato paste
• 2 - 14oz cans tomato sauce
• 2 - 14oz cans crushed tomatoes
• 1/2 large onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1+1/2 tsp oregano
• 1+1/2 tsp basil
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 TB brown sugar
• MEATBALLS:
• 1 TB olive oil
• 2 pounds of 80% ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup Italian Bread crumbs
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 1/2 cup milk
