Ingredients

• 125g streaky bacon
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 leek – thinly sliced
• ½ cup wholemeal breadcrumbs
• ½ head of savoy cabbage – thinly sliced (stem removed)
• ¼ cup cream
• ⅛ cup Italian parsley – chopped
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp cracked pepper
• 2 cups Cinderella Instant Mashed Potatoes
