Dragon Chicken recipe by Mubina

Ingredients

• Coriander leaves or Spring Onion for garnishing (finely chopped)
• Oil for Deep frying
• Red Chilli Paste – 1 tablespoon (ground up dry red chilli)
• Flour – ½ cup
• Corn Flour-¼ cup
• Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
• Salt to taste
• Pepper – 1 teaspoon
• Oil – 2 tablespoon
• Onion – 1 large chopped
• Green pepper-¼ cup chopped
• Red pepper chopped-¼ cup
• Freshly chopped ginger and garlic – 1 tablespoon
• Red Chilli Paste – 1 tablespoon
• Tomato Ketchup – ¼ cup
• Sugar – 2 teaspoon
• Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a minutes.
