Dragon Chicken recipe by Mariyam Mohamed

Ingredients

• 250g boneless chicken cut into strips
• ½ teaspoon. Salt
• ½ teaspoon. Pepper
• 1 egg white
• 5 tablespoon. Corn flour
• 1 teaspoon. Soya sauce
• 1 - 2 drop red food coloring
• 6 clove garlic finely chopped
• 2 dried red Chill chopped into 2
• ½ medium size onion, finely chopped
• ¼ red and green each capsicum, julienne
• 2 tablespoon. Chilli sauce
• 1 tablespoon. Tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon. Oysters sauce
• ⅛ teaspoon. Salt
• ½ teaspoon. Sugar
• Oil for deep frying and cooking
