Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp DLM Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
• ½ yellow onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 4 tomatoes from a can of whole tomatoes
• ½ cup tomato juice reserved from can
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp oregano
• 2 Tbsp capers
• Salt to taste
• 2 cup cooked cassoulet beans (or substitute with Marcella or lima beans)
• Flat-leaf parsley
• 1 lemon for juice
