Steak, Venezuelan w/Avocado Sauce

Ingredients

• er orange juice
• 1/4 cup orange juice mixed with juice of 1 lemon-sized lime
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 large ripe avocado, half mashed and half diced
• 1 finely chopped tomato
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 tablespoon salad oil or light olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 small grated onion
• OR 2 minced scallions
• 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
• 1 can palm hearts, drained, rinsed and diced (optional)
