Oven Fried Cutlets | Mums Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kg chicken fillet - small cubes
• 1 ½ teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon green chillies ( add more if you want strong)
• 1 ½ teaspoon black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup frozen corn
• Handful chopped dhania (coriander)
• 4 slices bread
• 1 ½ cups milk and c if u need to add ¼ more
• 2 egg
• 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
