- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh chopped Parsley for garnish
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper and salt
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco (Optional)
