• ¼ cup cornstarch
• 3 tablespoons water
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup water
• Blue royal icing in a decorating bag fitted with a #3 tip
• Orange royal icing in a decorating bag fitted with a #3 tip
• Dark blue royal icing in a decorating bag fitted with a #2 tip
• Dark orange royal icing in a decorating bag fitted with a #2 tip
