• 1lb Spinach or 1 bunch Swiss Chard
• 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 1 cup milk
